Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
    • 200g Starmax spaghetti
    • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

    • ½ tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

    • Salt (for boiling water + seasoning)

    • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

    • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

     

Directions

    1. Boil salted water, cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water and drain.

    2. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic slices until golden. Add chili flakes and stir briefly.

    3. Add pasta and reserved water to the pan. Toss to coat. Season with salt.

    4. Top with parsley or cheese if desired. Serve hot.
